BHSRA (BCP Homes Sheltered Accommodation Residents’ Association) is a voluntary residents’ association, formed to give residents across Fenwick Court, Moorlea, Springbourne Court, and Wareham Court a shared voice in dealings with BCP Homes and BCP Council.
Our own internal governance is set out in our Standing Orders, which we follow as our working constitution. This page will be updated with fuller detail on our legal status as it’s confirmed.
