This page will hold BHSRA’s residents’ surveys, gathering your views on the things that matter most to you as a resident of BCP Homes sheltered accommodation.

What to expect

A residents’ survey is being prepared to gather your views. This will include your experience of, and views on, the performance of BCP Council, BCP Homes, and scheme support officers.

The survey isn’t ready yet. Once it is, it will appear here, along with a summary of the results once they’re in, so residents can see what their neighbours think, not just submit their own view into the dark.
